Orders

Please note - It may take up to 10 days after your order is placed for it to be sent. I usually try to do shipping on Wednesday every week.  If you require an item to be delivered by a specific date (within reason) please email to let me know and i will do my best to accommodate you.  

Tracking information - please note that tracking is NOT AUTOMATIC on any orders, but can be added to your package at an extra cost. Email me after purchasing and I will let you know the amount, to be transferred via paypal in an additional transaction. Otherwise I am unable to help locate any item after I send it.

Standard postage times - Please note that postal transit within UK averages a week, and sending from UK to anywhere else in the world can take 2-3 weeks. 

Lost or damaged items - If you do not request tracking for your item, and it never arrives, I unfortunately cannot send you a replacement item. 

I am also unable to accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged when it is clearly the fault of the postal service. 

Please let me know if you would like to purchase postal insurance on your item (this is particularly advisable with original art.) 

Let me know if you would like your package sent by a specific delivery service.

Covid-19 has made for a trying time with the postal service so please allow some extra time.
